Terms of Use

SSHaven is a native SSH client for Apple devices and Android. It lets you save connection profiles, authenticate with passwords or SSH keys, use interactive terminal sessions, and optionally manage remote agent sessions (for example in tmux) on hosts you configure.

Subject to these Terms and Apple Media Services / App Store terms or Google Play terms (as applicable), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SSHaven on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store’s usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

SSHaven does not require a separate Adam Codes account to use core SSH features. The App is a one-time paid download (USD $4.99, or local equivalent). Payments are processed by Apple or Google, depending on where you bought the App. Refund requests follow that store’s policies unless we state otherwise.

You agree to use SSHaven only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Access systems or data without authorization
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Use the App to distribute malware or conduct attacks
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or integrity
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting support

You are solely responsible for credentials you store, keys you import, install scripts you approve, and commands you run on remote systems.

SSHaven connects to servers and networks you choose. Those systems are not operated by Adam Codes unless we expressly say so. Optional install recipes may instruct your device to download software from official third-party sources (package managers, vendor installers). We are not responsible for availability, content, or security of third-party hosts or packages.

Our collection and use of information is described in the SSHaven Privacy Policy.

The App, including its name, design, code, and branding, is owned by Adam Codes Ltd. or its licensors.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADAM CODES LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP — INCLUDING FAILED CONNECTIONS, LOST CREDENTIALS, OR ACTIONS TAKEN ON REMOTE SYSTEMS — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS (US $10), TO THE EXTENT SUCH CAP IS ENFORCEABLE.

You agree to defend and indemnify Adam Codes Ltd. from claims arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.

These Terms are between you and Adam Codes Ltd., not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You may stop using the App by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
