How to monitor remote AI agents from your phone

1. Run many agents in tmux on a Mac, Linux box, or VPS you control — one session per project or CLI. They keep running when the phone sleeps.
2. Watch the whole fleet from one board: Running, Checking, Needs you, Finished. Wait pings fire when a session wants approval.
